Unfair ban - please unban

Hi
About 1 week ago, me and my brother were playing on server.
Later that day, we wanted to play again, but he couldn't join - he was banned.
Nobody knows why, nobody knows from who, or anything.
He didnt spam chat, he didnt use offensive language - neither me nor him know why he was banned.
Could you please unban him so we can play together again?
